BACKGROUND

Originally from Michigan, Jackie came to Vail in 1973 looking for that famous champagne powder, blue-sky days and Colorado sunshine. Since then, she has been completely immersed in Vail's community, her daughter Jaime, and her business. People quickly noticed that Jackie had the ability to "make things happen". In the "early days" Jackie developed and ran the Vail Nature Center near Gold Peak and an environmental education program for Minturn Middle School. She also was a ski instructor for Vail Associates at Gold Peak. She became involved in Real Estate in 1989 and has enjoyed the challenge ever since. In her free moments, which are few and far between, she loves to hit a powder day, go for a relaxing hike on one of her favorite mountain trails, work out in the weight room or play golf on one of Cordillera's splendid courses..

Jackie is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Education/Science major. Jackie is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Colorado.
